Atlas Mill - 黃銅色

Wasn't sure about the whole "grinder packed inside" thing at first, but screwing it onto the canister took ten seconds and we were grinding pepper that night. The brass has a nice weight in the hand, and the 9" size means I'm not refilling it every week.

The pepper mill's metal interior actually grinds instead of crushing, and I get a consistent coarse grind every time. Filling it was a little awkward until I realized the grinder ships inside the canister and just screws on. Two months in and it still turns smooth.

The brass weight feels substantial in the hand, not hollow like my old plastic one. I got the pepper version with the metal interior and it cranks out a really consistent coarse grind for steaks.
