I've been using these for salads all week and they feel so light in the hand, way nicer than my old metal tongs. Knowing they're hand-carved from fallen olive trees makes me like them even more.
The grain on these is gorgeous and each spoon is slightly different, which I love since they're hand-carved. They've held up great through several rounds of dressing-tossed salads.
I've been using these for salads and the size is perfect for tossing without everything flying out of the bowl. Knowing they're hand-carved from fallen olive wood makes them feel a lot more special than the usual bamboo stuff. The sunflower oil finish leaves them smooth, no splinters so far.
