I was a little worried the bamboo spreader would feel flimsy, but it’s actually got a nice heft to it. The 9-1/4" size fits a whole wheel of brie perfectly, and the brown and tan glaze gives it this earthy, handmade look that’s already a hit at my last two parties.

The bamboo spreader is a nice touch—it fits right in the lid groove so nothing gets lost. I baked a wheel in this last weekend and the stoneware heated evenly, no cracking, and the brown-tan glaze really does look different in person.
